With 25+ years of corporate experience, Kara has worked with business leaders on strategy, operations, communications, and team dynamics. Most of her corporate career focused on strategy & operations for large sales organizations within Google where she
partnered with VPs to run complex businesses.

She currently partners with executives and their teams to better understand team dynamics, resolve conflict, and align on priorities to move businesses forward. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and has her Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

She approaches her clients with tremendous empathy and creates a warm and trusting environment. You can count on her to always be honest and direct. And she holds her clients accountable in order to enable growth. In addition to helping clients with long term stated goals, she also believes in tackling emerging issues as they arise. She may bring in tools and frameworks when necessary and is known to give her clients homework between sessions.

Kara splits her time between the Hudson Valley in New York and the “Space Coast” of Florida. She is a proud mom of two teenage daughters. While away from her desk, she can be found walking her dog, running on the beach, or tackling puzzles (Jigsaw or NY Times Word puzzles). She also has a passion for Disney World and will drop everything to help you plan a trip.
